    Questions and Answers
    1. What are the check in and check out time?
    Check in time is 3pm and check out is at 11am. However, rooms will be released before 3pm after they are cleaned and ready for occupation.
    2. Any penalty for late check out?
    Depending on room occupancy, we do not encourage check out later than 11am. A full day’s rate will be charged for non check-out rooms after 12 noon without notification to the front desk personnel.
    3. Are room deposit / payment refundable?
    As we have limited room counts, room charges paid for are non refundable. This is to ensure that we are able to keep the specific rooms exclusively for you.
    4. Are all rooms with attached bath rooms?
    Only rooms stated en-suites are with attached bathroom / toilet.
    5. Is room linen included in room prices?
    Only the en-suites are included. You may rent towel / blanket at per-stay prices.
    6. What does nett price mean?
    It means there are no additions to the prices shown. All service charges are inclusive in price.
